Project Generosity

Updated:

What an outstanding job our Board Members did on our “Project Generosity” Drive two weeks ago. Thank you Joni Gorecki and Cathy Sevigny! Sometimes unexpected things happen, but they got the job done!
Thank you to all of you who contributed with monetary donations, items to be mailed and/or lending a hand at the Legion.
Thanks to: Patrick Allaire; Elaine & Donyce of ALR 193; Bellecraft; Elissa Berry & Ashburnham Girl Scouts; Brooks Automotive Service Inc.; Pam Cordio; Form-Up Sitework LLC (Van Dyke); John Goan (Lawton Electric); Joni Gorecki; Jennifer Haddad; Jazzmyn Hammonds; Tony LaPointe; Steve & Bethany McCormick; Heidi Michaud; Morin Real Estate; Kathy Niles; Pattie’s Jewlery; anonymous donor from Pay Pal Giving Fund; Steve & Debbie Pesce; Tina Santos & Family; Cathy Sevigny; David L. Sevigny Inc.; Sippin Serendipity Inc.; Tenney Remodeling (Jay Tenney); Thomason Law PC and the Winchendon Girl Scouts.
As always, we need to give a huge shout out to the American Legion Post 193 for allowing us to use the hall; Will Brown for sponsoring our website: www.winchendoncares.com; Robinson-Broadhurst Inc. for their grant; New England Wooden Ware for the boxes printed with our logo for our stateside packages and Sweet Treat Bakery for filling our order for cookies and shrink wrapping them so that they remain fresh as they travel around the globe.
I also need to say a huge “thank you” to Lindsay Allaire for executing donation letters to the local businesses generating support for this very worthy cause. Also, to Cathy Sevigny and Tina Santos for doing the “legwork” for these donations.
If you know of any service member with ties to Winchendon, who is not on our list, please reach out and let us know.
Thank you all!
Due to some extenuating circumstances we were unable to secure the date for our next mailings. Please watch our Facebook page or website for them to be posted soon.
